When you place an order from the Senavera Uniforms webstore, make sure that the box to receive confirmation is checked. This will provide you with an instant response that your order has been received and provide a link that will enable you to track the shipping status of your order. In addition, we will send out an e-mail to let you know that your order has been shipped. We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly upon receipt. Occasionally we do get back-ordered on certain sizes. If you place an order and we are out of one of the sizes that you ordered we will send the rest of your order and ship the back-ordered item in a follow-up shipment at our expense. In the e-mail that we send to let you know we shipped, we will inform you of the backorder situation of your item and let you know when we expect your back-ordered item to ship (usually within one week).
